Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Defective or damaged items are eligible for return or replacement regardless of this window.

How to Start a Return Email galaxy.brand.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions once approved.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
